GALACTION 75/80® is made from a special clean label membrane process, which preserves the native form of the protein. Preserving the native form ensures high nutritional quality as well as technological features.
Its texturing, emulsifying and foaming properties make it ideal for ice creams & sorbets, bakery and catering formulations.
GALACTION 75/80® is available free lactose. Its very low lactose concentration (<0,2%) makes it ideal for the formulation of lactose free products.
